Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is R-3 Consulting, publisher of the Valora website. For any question or request about your data, contact us by post to R-3 Consulting, Le Côte du Chêne, 39 impasse des Douvelles, 44450 Saint-Julien-de-Concelles, France.

The data we collect, and nothing more

When you join the waiting list, we keep:

• your email address;
• the country where you invest or plan to invest, and your situation (profile chosen from the list);
• your answer to the optional question about your expectations, if you write one;
• the page language, the free tool you came from if any, and the date and version of your consent.

Values entered in the free tools (price, rent, costs…) are neither sent nor stored: the calculation runs in your browser.

Why, and on what legal basis

This data is used only to:

• notify you when Valora opens;
• measure interest in the service by country and profile (aggregated statistics);
• decide which features to build first, based on the expectations you share.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

How long

Your data is kept until the service opens and deleted no later than 24 months after you sign up, or immediately if you withdraw your consent.

Where it is stored, and who can access it

Only the publisher can access this data. It is hosted by Railway Corp (processor) on servers located in Amsterdam (Netherlands). As Railway Corp is a US company, access from the United States cannot be ruled out: it is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Railway Corp adheres, and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A single first-party technical cookie may be set when you use a free tool: it only contains the name of that tool (no identifier, no value you entered), for 30 days, to know which tool led to a sign-up. You can delete it at any time from your browser.

Site traffic is measured with Umami (Umami Software, Inc.), an analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no data that could identify you: it counts page views, where visits come from, device type and country, plus a few actions (using a tool, signing up), as aggregated statistics. Your email address is never sent to it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, contact us by post to R-3 Consulting, Le Côte du Chêne, 39 impasse des Douvelles, 44450 Saint-Julien-de-Concelles, France; we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).

Security

Traffic with the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the waiting list is restricted to the publisher and protected by a secret; the form is protected against automated mass submissions.
